Airfoil Speakers Touch makes it easy to play the same music in multiple places covered by a Wi-Fi network. Without Airfoil Speakers, one could try to simultaneously start the same playlist on multiple iPod touches or iPhones—an impossible feat. It's much easier to download the free Airfoil Speakers Touch app so the house party can jam to synced tunes everywhere inside and out. (The iPod should be plugged into speakers, of course.) Music is controlled from a central Mac running the $25 Airfoil app that broadcasts audio from iTunes, Pandora, or practically any computer source.
