Hot on the heels of Microsoft's meh Xbox update, Sony has unleashed a PlayStation 3 firmware (v3.10) update of boring proportions. The much ballyhooed Facebook integration merely consists of the ability for one's PS3 to share trophies, purchases, and game events. The settings are buried under Account Management where users are likely never to find them. This post would be more forgiving if SCEA hadn't made such a big deal about such a minor update. After all, the PS3 features a web browser—unlike the 360—that's mostly compatible with the full Facebook.
